Traditional Thai Massage is an ancient healing practice that combines rhythmic compression, assisted stretching, and acupressure to support flexibility, circulation, and overall body balance.
Sometimes called “lazy man’s yoga,” this therapy works along the body’s energy lines (sen lines) and stimulates circulation, helping to release tension, restore range of motion, and promote a deep sense of relaxation and vitality.
Sessions are performed fully clothed on a comfortable mat, using a blend of gentle rocking, stretching, and pressure to support natural movement and energetic flow.
