At Full Circle Wellness, we strive to accommodate your scheduling needs while providing exceptional service. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below:

Terms of Return:

Appointments canceled 24-48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Full refunds are available for cancellations made outside of the 48-hour window.

State of Return:

As our services are non-tangible and provided in the form of appointments, there are no physical items to return.

Reason for Return:

Returns are applicable for appointment cancellations within the specified timeframes.

Process for Return:

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at (250)898-7288 Our team will assist you in processing your cancellation and issuing any applicable refunds.

Process of Refund:

Refunds will be issued based on the cancellation timeframe. For appointments canceled 24-48 hours before the scheduled time, a 50% refund will be provided. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made outside of this timeframe. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
