At Full Circle Wellness, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care in a respectful and professional environment. These policies ensure fairness, protect valuable appointment times, and maintain the highest standard of service for all clients.

All appointments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure the session. This deposit confirms your reserved appointment time and preparation of the practitioner.

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

We understand that schedules can change, and we ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance:
Your appointment may be rescheduled. The original deposit remains non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment:
The remaining balance of the session will be owed.

Missed appointments (no-shows):
The remaining balance of the session will be owed.

For late cancellations or no-shows, a secure encrypted payment link will automatically be sent by text and email to complete payment.

Appointments are considered a no-show if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Clients are asked to arrive 5–10 minutes early for each appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee still applies.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is considered a no-show, and the remaining balance of the session will be charged.

All promotional offers must be prepaid in full at the time of purchase.

Promotional purchases are final sale — no refunds.

Promotions may be  Promotions may be transferred to another person or converted into a gift certificate of equal value if the request is made outside of the 24-hour cancellation window. 

One reschedule is permitted outside of the 24-hour cancellation window.

No rescheduling is permitted within 24 hours of the appointment.

Missed appointments or late cancellations (within 24 hours) will result in the session being forfeited.

• GST is charged on all purchases in accordance with Canadian tax regulations.
• Gift certificates hold monetary value equal to the exact amount paid.
• Gift certificates do not expire under BC consumer law.
• Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
• A gift certificate may be used for the specific service purchased or applied as dollar value toward any other service at Full Circle Wellness.
• Physical gift certificates are available for in-store pickup only and are not emailed or digitally delivered.
• If a physical certificate is not picked up, the credit remains securely stored on the client’s account.
• May not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

A non-refundable reservation fee (when required) is used to hold your spot for special events.

Reservation fees are transferable to another person but are non-refundable.

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Full Circle Wellness is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. We comply with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

We collect only the information necessary to:

• Book and manage your appointments
• Process payments and refunds
• Communicate with you regarding services (with your consent)

Your information will only be used for the purposes listed above and will never be sold, traded, or disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

We use secure systems, password protection, and limited staff access to protect your personal information.

All health, wellness, and personal information you share with Full Circle Wellness is treated as strictly confidential.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at (250) 427-8216.

Full Circle Wellness is a strictly non-sexual practice. Any form of sexual conduct, innuendo, or inappropriate behavior toward the practitioner will not be tolerated.

The practitioner reserves the right to immediately end the session without refund, permanently ban the client, and report the individual to the RCMP immediately.
