Full Circle Wellness – Membership Terms & Conditions

These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all Bronze, Silver, and Gold membership plans offered by Full Circle Wellness (“we,” “us,” “our”) at thaimassageandcranio.com.
By enrolling in a Membership, you (“Member,” “you,” “your”) accept these Terms in addition to our general studio policies.

1.1 Membership Tiers
We offer the following monthly membership tiers:

• Bronze Membership – $9/month + GST
   
• Silver Membership – $19/month + GST
   
• Gold Membership – $49/month + GST
   

Each membership tier includes specific benefits and discounts, listed on the Memberships page at the time of purchase.

1.2 Term and Renewal
Memberships begin on the date of your first successful payment and renew automatically every month until cancelled.
These Terms comply with the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (B.C.) [SBC 2004] c.2 and the Consumer Contracts Regulation (B.C. Reg. 273/2024), which require clear renewal and cancellation conditions.

1.3 Member Responsibility
Members must maintain valid payment information and review updates to these Terms or membership benefits as they occur.

2.1 Automatic Billing
By purchasing a membership, you authorize Full Circle Wellness to automatically charge your chosen payment method monthly for the membership fee plus applicable taxes.

2.2 Non-Refundable Fees
All membership payments are non-refundable, including unused months, no-shows, or failure to cancel before renewal.

2.3 Price or Benefit Changes
We may change membership pricing or benefits at any time with reasonable advance notice. You may cancel before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue under the new terms.

3.1 Member Cancellation
You may cancel at any time before your next billing date by contacting Full Circle Wellness. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid month. No partial refunds are issued.

3.2 Studio Termination
We may suspend or terminate your membership if payments fail or if you breach studio policies.
If the program ends or pricing changes materially, we will provide notice before further billing.

At Full Circle Wellness, we are committed to providing exceptional care and fairness to all clients.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: No charge. Payments already made will be fully refunded.
   
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment: The full session fee will be charged. A secure payment link will be automatically sent to the email or phone number on file to settle the balance. No refunds will be issued.
   
• Missed appointments (no-shows): The full session fee will be charged. A secure payment link will be automatically sent to the email or phone number on file for payment of the missed session.
   

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s appointment, and the full amount will still apply.

5.1 Services
Discounts apply only to services listed for your membership tier.
Unless otherwise specified, 20-minute Neck & Back sessions are excluded.

5.2 Products
Product discounts apply to regular-priced, in-studio retail items only. Sale items and pre-discounted products are excluded.

5.3 Gift Certificates

• Membership discounts on gift certificates apply only to those valued at $50 or more before tax.
   
• The purchasing member cannot redeem a gift certificate they have purchased.
   
• Gift certificates cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
   

5.4 Classes and Retreats
Discounts for yoga sessions or retreats apply only when hosted directly by Full Circle Wellness.
Events held by outside renters or independent instructors are excluded.

5.5 No Stacking
Membership discounts cannot be combined with First Responder, Senior (65+), Referral, or any other promotional offers.

Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared, sold, or transferred.
All members must follow studio conduct, hygiene, and safety policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel memberships for inappropriate behavior or misuse of services.

Members must provide accurate health information and update us on any changes before receiving services.
Our treatments are intended for relaxation and wellness only and are not a substitute for medical care.
By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept all ordinary risks associated with massage and wellness sessions.
These Terms comply with the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (B.C.) regarding disclosure and assumption of risk.

We may use your contact information to send membership confirmations, policy updates, and relevant communications.
All personal information is managed according to Canadian privacy law and our in-studio privacy policy.

These Terms and all related transactions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.

By purchasing or renewing a membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in addition to our general studio policies.
