A slow, meditative, spa-style evening designed to calm your nervous system and gently release emotional stress held in the body. No prior experience needed. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and be guided through the experience in a supportive, restorative setting.
Who This Is For
Anyone feeling stressed, emotionally heavy, overwhelmed, or ready to let go and reset before the New Year. *All genders welcomed.
What to Bring
A yoga mat (if you have one), warm comfortable clothing, socks, and any extra comfort items such as a blanket, water bottle or thermos.
The studio will be infrared-warmed, and we provide additional props and comforts to support deep relaxation.
